That's 20% fewer sales. Not 20% lower prices. Prices are still going up in San Jose. Apple is building 3 campuses. Google is building 3 biodomes. Linked in is building a new campus.
No correction possible. That's doomsayer talk. Housing can only go up, as NIRP will drive north county to at least 12% annualized gains thru 2025. Also, the schools are good and foreigners like the pristine sidewalks.
