If these layoffs are based on anything other than genuine merit and work, it will be a travesty. We can cut the Dustrict by half and not touch the real talent. If they get rid of the highest performers and productive people and leave the attitudes and lazies, a lot of people will have fits. Bad mistakes are still being made by managers who cannot train people because they have little knowledge themselves. Clean house but don't let the real talent and work go by the wayside. Get rid of drunks first.

At the end of the day, I think we'll all realize NEITHER MR. B NOR THE MANAGERS UNDER HIM had anything to do with this crap. but there always has to be a scapegoat, right?
I'm ashamed to be associated with Land because of these attacks - there as bad as the ones directed at our department by others.
