Been here since the Nextel days. I survived the Sprint merger. I have survived several layoffs. In 2009, I got outsourced and am now a contractor working the Sprint account. I will 'assume' I am safe since there are only 2 of us at my work site. So if one is off, someone has to be there to cover. But you never know what may happen. From what I've been seeing is the big salary guys are getting chopped down and then they'll reduce the redundancy and non producers. The company is about to be as barebones as it can be. Retail and Call Centers are still hiring.
