New quality upper management position, seeks lowest standards in the company. No full degree, no commercial experience, nothing about FAA knowledge or VIP Mods. Looks like a set up for a ringer. That's all the commercial side needed another stooge.

No the quality engineers coming in, only have to have worked at bell. Oh we have a three time washed out PM but that's just for show and HR number balancing. No VIP experience required, just a prior relationship with Nic's number one loser Durrance.
It must be a ringer, if you look at the quality engineer requirements they have to have all kinds of skills but the manager over them only has to walk upright. Maybe a What a Burger manager ad got mixed in for PID.
