Thread regarding ConAgra Foods Inc. layoffs

People really need to start preparing to move on with their careers if they end up getting laid off. Employees are missing out on other options

What options? Conagra is an only real employer in my area, if we get laid off it's almost impossible to get a decent job. I dont know, if I was in NYC or LA, maybe I would have some options, but I am not, Mid West is different.
