@457 - nah....UOP will survive and people should just stick it through. They'll be taken care of in the end of the 5-year plan

No one will give a shit about it. Not worth a single Harvard sentence. It's common sense. If you stop paying for performance, people don't perform, and no one gives a shit about whether the organization lives or dies... except those at the very top who actually do get paid based upon performance. It's pretty simple. Don't need business school case study for that.
