Well, if you can prove it... That's insider trading. I still think it was a standard auto sell, most investors use them to average out their gains and losses.
No, he knew something because Baker stock went down , yesterday and today.
He holds 65 million worth of BHI stock, so that's not really that much. More than likely he had some shares set to sell at a target price, which is what you are probably seeing.
I wonder what he knows that we don't..... if he was so sure the merger is going ahead why sell now just before it is completed and lose all those extra $$$.
