Maybe if WFT can get the debt down a few billion $. Nobody's going to buy a company that has more debt than it's worth.

Can't see it happening unless the creditors take control and sell-off the more "profitable" divisions and liquidate the rest.
Ultimately the CEO is in charge but he is busy with executing the companies strategy and doesn't have time for finance.
Nobody will buy Weatherfraud as they are worthless, in junk status and bankrupt. Even GE is not that stupid.
