You just can't keep hiring do nothing's who eat up an expense account, come in late, leave early, shoot their mouths off on crap conversations, only interested in next ballgame under the 'wink' of business development. They push work on others and then blame who is handy when it isn't right but then how would they know? Too many hired who were not qualified at all. Blind leading blind.
