Suggestion- listen to actual employees rather than spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on consultants!!!! Many times employees are your best asset yet managers are too stupid and conceited to realize that. Listen to your own people. Noble will fail.
They could save money by getting rid of the flavored creamers and ordering the cheapest coffee on the market. Oh wait, they already did that. Damn this company to hell
How about using the money they spent on crap wells like Cheetah and Humpback to save jobs instead? OOPS! Sorry, they already spent that. Wait! How about firiing the executives who are paid millions annually for making bad decisions like drilling Cheetah and Humpback to save jobs?
How about the $$$$$ spent on organizations/donations to show the world that Noble is 'energizing lives'? Why don't we instead give that $ to keep more people employed?
