We need a change at the top ASAP!!! This company doesn't care about its people! They continue running around making decisions like a bunch of cowboys that don't listen to their teams!! They have failed to setup our company for success by continuing to run the company like it did when it was a 1 billion dollar company! Lloyd Noble is turning in his grave!!!!

Yes when they moved out of Ardmore Oklahoma, they pulled this company up by the roots. That was a sad day and a very bad decision.
If the board cared, they would have never let them move completely out of Ardmore. Not only did they hurt the employees, but they hurt the community. Sad that a board member lives in Ardmore and allowed this to happen.
The board isn't going to do anything. They were hand picked by the execs for their docile nature. The execs will ride them through this downturn like the domesticated animals that they are.
