lots are tired of being passed over for promotions because there would be no one to do the real work. Get some mgrs who know what the _ they are doing. We have a bunch of mop heads who won't work now

When I was there, they would gladly promote you but not raise your pay. They welcomed you to work hard but did not compensate accordingly.
