When it was Samedan, everything was SO much better. People actually cared about each other. It was nice to come to work. Now, they don't give a shit!! You get most of the management and other "leaders" that don't know shit and don't give a rat's ass about you or your loyalty to the company. All they care is about themselves and how they can make more money. All they want to do is get rid of the old and bring in the new (which know nothing). They may ask for opinion on something, just so it "seems like they care", but, let's be honest....they don't care, nor do they listen to what you have to say. It really doesn't matter. You are just wasting your breath.
Karma is a BITCH!! And it is going to come back on them 10 fold!!! I believe it will. And when the day comes, I will be having a party.
