So they will let a person go in the hole and make you pay it back if you get fired or layed off and will not pay your earned vacation if you're layed off or quit I can understand fired but layed off come on now. Upper management must have never had other jobs where you were put in that position. A+ for thinking out the box and stream lining with other companies. What a way to motivate your employees. If you not going to pay it out why not get rid of accruing give yearly vacation and let employees manage it themselves throughout the year.

The only plus side of living in Cali is Breedlove lives in Colo.
Pretty sure this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You cant change employment agreements retroactively.
New vacation policy is void in California. Finally, a plus side of living here lol.
Oh. You must be management that's why you don't care. I'm SOOOO THANKFUL!!! (Sarcasm if you couldn't tell). I wear boxers not panties. And according to hr it takes place November 1st.
And this is different how? Old policy they pay accured hours. Get your panties out of a knot, be thankful u have a dam job and freaking vaction days. Move on...
Through the end of 2016 if you give two week notice or are let go, you will get paid any accrued vacation hours. Accrued hours you have today are in place based on the policy before this new one. There was a memo HR sent to managers about this..
What am I talking about have you not read up on the new vacation policy?
What are you talking about
It will get worse boy. They going to ask the money back for all the courses you did. And an money back policy for the toilet paper.
