rid of it. Whoever decided to get rid of it should be escorted to the door. That was the only thing keeping the boat afloat.

Look, please don't insult high schools making this comparison. It is more realistic comparing the little bus crowd from junior high to UOP. You know those people who are in your yearbook, your sisters yearbook and about six to seven more years after that until they reach 21 years of age. They officially kick them out and baby sitting duty is over at that point. This is the true UOP crowd.
ALL undergraduate courses at UOP are taught at the high school level. 90% of the students at UOP couldn't survive in a traditional university. UOP is for idiots.
If the student initially felt these classes are relevant to their careers, maybe they would stick around to finish the degree. First year courses in undergraduate programs kill the love of learning because students feel they are back in high school again.
