How can we possibly fill the shelves when the job isn't getting done? It's a mess and they know it, ATLS and TLs picking up second jobs because they have to take time off, this is a joke. More layoffs are coming so they can keep TMs at 14$ to justify this bullshit. We can't fill the shelves when we have less people and no way to get more people on the team when our leadership is absent.

Who cares guest priority is least of their concerns. Folks at regional are way too busy. Just wave the magic wand and make things happened, irrespective if you get a break or not. Don't worry you will be rewarded with a substantial labor surplus!
