It's his company to run the way he and the stockholders see fit. Not up to the hired hands. Just like a farmer owns his land and when he needs a hired hand like BHI employees he hires them. We he doesn't he lets them go. It's not up to the "hired hands" employees. Take an course in Economics and you be able to see how public traded companies work.
