OK, that's the story - but how come that we have so many layoffs and that there is so much anxiety around? Tell me that? And why do we layoff #goodemployees while executive bonuses keep rising? Does Linebarger need another million, two, or ten? Where is logic here - when did we forget that you cannot have a successful company without having happy work force. #Cummins used to be a great company and now it's all about the mighty dollar, which is really bad for the company in the long run.
