MTK etc. companies from Taiwan are already doing the same. They had PHDs from top US engineering schools. I heard that in MTK, they had deployed some more advanced SW development processes/tools than QC's, and thus they have less SW crashes than QC in some areas.
As most of don't know .... Tsinghua is one of the best in Engineering school at earth and better than MIT in most of areas for undergraduates, lots of folks here at Q undergraduated from it, but they are only slaves of Q now. If 1% of them go back to China, they can destroy Q without any doubts ---- HRs, you'd better do some HW to raise those guys/gals 50% salary without Jane's approval, and make them feel good to stay at Q so they won't be part of powerful force to destroy Q in a mass way quickly be you can cash in your RSUs. Q sucks anyway --- firing all those middle level managers as well as those so called VPs, site managers will save it a bit longer.
