Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

Does anyone know how an ex employee can join the lawsuit or start a new one? Any law firms looking for some information?

You need evidence to sue, and the process takes 5-10 years. Being fired for not meeting expectations is not against the law.

It's too easy getting under people's skin here. All talk no action managers love to come on this site and talk smack, but in the real world they will get smacked. The numbers are inflated and compliance are all people who couldn't make it as AR's. EDMC sucks as a company and everyone knows it.

Here's what they know. Boo hoo they expected me to be compliant and meet numbers. It was more sales than education. Wwwaaahhhhh I sucked so I was fired. People gave me expectations and when I didn't meet them there were consequences. I should sue.
