Don't overlook his bonus for making his targets too. Recall that the bonus was constructed to payout massively should the company lose less than was targetted :-( Shocking!
There will be a direct correlation between executive pay raise percentages and how many people were laid off this year. I wonder how many will lose their jobs this holiday season.
