Because it's a shithole run by shitheads. I'm not talking about the people who actually work. I hate the term Low Performer when used on people who at least try to work. The only low performers are managers and above and the higher up you go the lower they perform. We're ruled by effete assholes and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it other than leave.
