Does anyone know what areas of the country the third party delivery companies screwed up so bad, Staples had no choice but to restart delivery on their own? I've heard, Florida, Texas, Carolinas and Virgina.

Texas is back to our trucks.
All this started with the leadership team... for one femia, he directed all those locations like florida and texas so overated so there you have it.

This came out around the same time they fired everyone.
Should they keep them? Yes. Will they keep them? No. cause Staples is stupid. They will try to outsource delivery again because some idiot in Framingham will make up a Power point presentation to earn brownie points. Then the execs will approve it because it means big savings, thus big bonuses for them. They will of course completely forget the previous attempt. They must have it in their thick heads that if you can outsource IT you can outsource any department.
