RJ IT is just a shitty place to work. If you have been there for a few years and did not leave, you are a moron. Either you are too bad at your job to get hired anywhere else, or you are one one of the favorites making the place worse.

Sure, you can offer up ONLY two possible reasons ("... too bad at your job to get hired anywhere else, or you are one one of the favorites making the place worse") but now, that is quite limiting and is completely disconnected from reality. This makes your argument very flimsy. In fact, there is an entire spectrum why someone may see staying vs. leaving is a better choice. IMHO, It really depends on the personal needs of the individual.
That being said, I agree that working in RJ IT is a complete mind-f--- and is incomprehensible as to they decide to crap on everything IT.
