What title were you at QC and what title are you now?
$160k to $190K base but $100K in bonus, stocks, etc. so $160K base+$100K= $260K. or $190K base + $100K (bonus, stock) = $290K.
Hardware or software?
Probably more like $160K to $200K, not $250K unless you are super good and needed. But free bus ride to work, free food 24 hours a day, (great food at their cafes), free gym. No expectation of free overtime work. You get all this even if you are consulting there.
