Managers are now allowed to tell bonuses and raises. Your thoughts?

Left RJ a while ago. Latest bonus at new employer was $17k and a $5.5k raise on top of that. Not sales. Not a producer. No travel. Full time with benefits.
Just an average worker who got tired of getting screwed at RJ.
How much do Managers get more for raise and bonus? Managers are the ones cracking the whips and doing the dirty work.
What difference does it make? It's only a matter of a few dollars each paycheck even you get something.
Don't understand your question. Your boss cannot tell you what your raise or bonus is? Usually bonus numbers were not given until a few days before they came out. This is a tell tale sign that "favorites" are getting a lot of money and others are getting nothing. Just remember the amount given to a team is an equal share for everyone. If one person gets higher then the average amount announced lets you know that their overage was taken away from someone else's average amount. Whether or not that someone else deserved to have it taken away because they may still do excellent work but are not a "FAVORITE". Keep dreaming if you think evaluations are fairly done.
