Most likely all of what remains of Sperry in Houston will be let go if the deal does not close by Dec 16th to cut cost and push the asset sale. This will all be to gear up for the long battle to close sometime in 2016 Q1

Hey Sherman. We care! Because for now at the Carrollton shop floor we are still gainfully employed. You bunch of bleeding heart pricks got laid off before Thanksgiving. We hear that Carrollton Facility will be hit hard AGAIN, next month. Leave it to corp. to wait until 3 days before Christmas to lay everyone off. Try explaining that to your children and grand-children that your not getting stuff for Christmas this year. I guess none of you OKIEs have heard of the retirement plan, that if your old enough you can draw out or borrow against it.From all the post I've seen from Duncan, they should have closed the doors on that place years ago. I feel sorry for you that got axed but get real, get up off you lazy ass and go find another job, to support yourself and your families. We hear your plant lost 100-150 good employees, we've lost to date over 300, on the shop floor alone, double your measly little plant. So grow a pair and STHU, and get on with your life.
I hope so. Especially in Houston.
Nobody cares about Houston or carralton you self absorbed jackass
