Just a worthless broke nothing company, heading for a train wreck sooner rather than later with you all aboard. Get off while you still have time to save your poor souls.
Why should I give up my easy fat paycheck, when everybody else is screwing WFT left, right and centre.

WFT is seriously rotten to the inner core, and stinks in so many ways. Like the guy said earlier in the thread, the sooner the laughable WFT name disappears without trace will be joyous.one for all. I also work at WFT and do little as possible for my paycheck. Why would I have any loyalty to such a dumbass company, who treats its workforce nothing short of modern day slavery.

I wonder if their loving families know how ungrateful they are that they are able to place a nice meal on their families table, a lot of folks can't. WAKE UP AND APPRICIATE what you have!

I'm not going to respond with righteous indignation or rose-colored glasses but, really; in a thread outlining just how many livelihoods have been turned upside down, you have to gall to tell us all how much you hate the job, company etc yet still draw a pay check.
I've had two jobs in 30 years (both with service companies) and been laid off from both. It's not pleasant. Was I underperforming? Someone must have thought so as I was shown the door.
Stop being so negative,; don't sweat what you have no control over and do what you can to help yourself, your team and the company. At least have some pride in what you do for 8 hours a day. Several thousand people don't have the luxury of making that choice any more.

Its a company your bloodsucking CEO and his executive team has been screwing for years for their own enrichment and to the detriment of the company. Why would anybody be happy there?

My honest side says... be grateful you have a job, and that WFT is just as good of a company as the other oilfields are right now. To be honest again,,,, it's people like you that bring a company down by not doing crap while they are here and picking up 2 freaking checks a month.. And, for all I know you are one of the top dogs still collecting bonus checks. Be grateful you inconsiderate person you! We are all doing good to still have a job in a great company.. And, yes, I do work here at Weatherford and am proud that during the 3rd qt. earnings meeting that investors said congratz a few times to BDD and our company! Be grateful for that, and that you STILL have your job. If only this site could be monitored and used to filter out all of the ungrateful people here, it would save tons of peoples jobs that actually belong here! Get real!
