You're an idiot. Most of these salaries are secured through generous donations from endowments established by wealthy alums. What's more, UOP has horrible student outcomes, i.e., 4% graduation rate from its online school, thousands mired in debt and underemployed, 26% in default within three years after separating ( higher than ANY other school in the country), etc. UOP students hold $35 billion in debt, and only 1% of its students has paid that debt back. And it goes on. When a school derives 90% of its revenue from the federal government, the taxpayers want accountability. UOP has not comported itself as a institution of higher learning--it's operating model has been a boiler room, enroll anyone with a pulse. This school won't fail( it really should), but it will be a small, online-only, vocational school within a few years.
