No way can they completely fail..I was part of CCI and they were not big at all...If UOP crumbles i have $150K in student loans that go away overnight..I pray daily that they will go under, but don't think they will in my lifetime..

Neither your loans mor your degree (if you actually earned one) will go away if UoP 'goes under'.
The degree you earned from UoP, or any other school, is only as valuable as the effort you put into it

$150k seriously?? I really doubt that all went to education. What an idiot.
They won't fail, but courts may help you recoup your money back. You won't have a "degree" if you get reimbursed, but you didn't have one to begin with anyway.
