How highly-paid leaders are allowed to screw the govt, good meaning students, and loyal employees by running a company into the ground with a long list of bad decisions should be illegal and those guilty should be hanged. Instead they'll be ok because they can live off their "rewards". The rest suffer. Unethical beaches.
