I understand that they are all now being laid off, plus Cisco staff at their Indian site doing small cell radio access development. Cisco wanted quick returns from Small cells, but the product was weak. Also, the Ericsson relationship means that there is smaller need for cellular radio expertise. Now they have to write off the $300 - 400M that they paid to buy Ubiquisys and subsequent investments
