Companies have no integrity. This whole capitalist system is gross; people will sell down the river the values they supposedly have espoused an entire lifetime for a couple of cents of earnings per share. I knew this crap was coming down when Mackey started saying Wallmart was an example of a conscious capitalist company. If workers don't have collective bargaining they are completely at the mercy of the CEO sociopaths that run the companies. Sure unions have their flaws, but just look at how workers with unions get paid v. workers without unions. Why do companies fear unions? because they fight for labor rights and compensation. As it stands all companies do now is say: "if you don't like it that's the door go have fun elsewhere.
It's all been a bad dream since layoffs. I really thought more highly of WF than i should have. My loyalty was the right thing to do, the layoff is a slap in the face of every loyal & devoted TM. God Bless you all & hope you find a new, decent job quickly with a company that has integrity and balls!
