Happened again yesterday. An 8 year vet who has always hit plans and been a great guy was walked out right past me. Just another VIC-tim I guess. He even did it with a smile on his face. Before the dust had settled a 7 year vet quickly followed. Coincidence? The struggle is real boys. We need to stick together and know that we are the targets. We are a dying breed. If you've been here over 5 years and hit the matrix you better hope you're in tight with the decision makers. that new HR lady is letting them pull the trigger at will.
