word on the street is that a reorg is coming, consolidation among business units - on the top of the list is combining Permian assets and Eagle Ford assets into one TX BU which will be more streamlined. Hence half of the people will be given a golden ticket out the front door - it should be interesting. I know where and who I am placing my bets on

imho, there will be consolidation internally, management has been acting even more shady than normal. It just makes sense to line up some options now
I heard everyone is getting a 50k bonus for just being awesome
Its OK to disagree, just keep it nice 182376.
Anonymous182309, its good thing you are not making the decisions for Noble. Someone should frac your head and check for a brain.
I heard about consolidation of some of the Houston BUs together also. And, it is only a matter of time before all offices in Colorado are shut down. Most likely not until after the DJ is sold which will not happen until commodity prices stabilize
Obviously someone doesn't have access to financial reports showing DJ operating in the red.... No the DJ isn't a cash cow, only West Africa and EMBU. Corporate isn't going to move unless we get bought....
Houston is the logical place to be for a company like Noble who aspires to be a global E & P company. Furthermore, they have their brand new palace in Houston that they are still building and finishing. It might make sense to close the Denver office at some point and move those people to Greeley or Houston. If you think Dave and the rest of the executive team are moving to Greeley you have lost your mind.
What do they do in Houston anyway? How much Noble oil is produced there?
Greeley is making all the money.
Yeah that's heck of a plan. Noble eventually wants out of Colorado. Tired of the politics... not happy with their $72 million fine, poor results, etc. Greeley will not be the corporate headquarters. Get serious.
They should close down Houston and make Greeley corporate, that is where the money is being made when the market is right.
