Seafood teams in the NE are forced to order grocery and specialty products "to ensure the customer experience" what bull. If I couldn't do my job i'd be gone. It's getting ugly here. Ps Marcus you suck.

our hot bar is a monochromatic mess of foods..its always the same color scheme complete with the same old recycled rotisserie chicken carcasses cut up and slathered with bbq sauce...bleak,boring,and burnt..

hot bar sunday at around 9AM at solona beach ca had about half of entree trays empty. Could tell workers there didn't seem to care. No urgency to replenish.

This location new ... opened for almost 2 years. Was a great place to go for hot bar. No more for us. Can get better at Panera -- food and service and wifi that works.

I was told to stop worrying about the empty shelves so much. My STL says the customers will just buy something else instead. My job is now less stressful
