New operating model for UOP

After years of gamesmanship, smoke and mirrors, and outright deceit, UOP is finally trying to steer an honest course. ACC and Enrollment departments will be eliminated. ACs (some ERs will be asked to join ACs). It's not because the shysters in executive management want to halt the aggressive recruitment of easy prey, it's because they know that if they don't, the DoE will cut them off of Title IV funds.

conference rooms are booked because they plan to announce the new changes of ACC and Enrollment. Enrollment is going to engage in a whole new way with online education shoppers. Text messaging and live chat and essentially all reps will be accountable for students admissions and schedules from start to finish. This will build better student relations and in turn increase recommendations. UOP will once again be one of the most trusted universities for adult-learners.

@Rer--I predicted this outcome a few months ago. It's going to get really bad for hundreds, likely thousands in the next 12 months. Wait until they fire you so you get a severance. F*** UOP executives--lying buffoons.

They let us know Wednesday or Thursday the final plan will be known. Fair enough. Better than marketing memo bomb shell.
