SYNTEL is looking to have massive reorg after declaring Q3 results - which are on 21/Oct. As part of this reorg, the entire Band / Grade structure will be changed to make it more beneficial to top management & not to employees. This new structure will give more powers to top management and more benefits to top leadership. Overall there are chances of lot of unhappy emploees after this re-org.
