If oil bidness was still favorable WFT has no leadership. Cheap money for growth got WFT in trouble. The CEO and his direct team just don't know oilfield. There have been a few that could of turned WFT around but the few were diluted by ass kissers who knew little of product lines they were empowered to take over but took them to their lowest denominator .

Still alot of wasteful spending going on. Laying people off, paying severance then rehiring back on, sending to school all over again. Relocating offices, getting rid of paid furniture and buying new because they are uniformed. Unnecessary JDE conversion broke the bank and all the teams to implement it. Too much to mention but the list goes on and on. Time for me to find another line of work! I'm tired of worrying about it anymore.
