Thread regarding Cabela's Inc. layoffs

It is getting very frustrating to re-stock my department. We have a bunch of new hires that have minimal clue on how to re-stock or desire for that matter. They stand around and socialize when they should be neatening up the department or put product on pegs or shelves. Honestly, I don't think the company is able to find people who are willing to do much work for a dollar an hour over minimum wage. Meanwhile, customers shuffle around our department like zombies, probably shocked by the prices we charge for the merchandise.
