Everyone knows that whatever reduction of the workforce won't solve the Company's cash flow problem. The company needs a major overhaul in upper management who led us into this mess, and we don't see any changes in management coming yet. They can let go of all the workforce, but if the strategy still stays the same, nothing will get resolved. The ROOT CAUSE of this problem should be tackled. BU Staffs didn't cause these problems, they just simply follow the direction given by management and leadership philosphy which is killing our future.
