IT layoffs starts from 2nd week of November, my current manager that will be losing his title soon in the level 2 IT announcement have told me, he is so frustrated the way they are merging OPTIMUS, Sustain and Transform. Mainly the target is to clean off the sustain soon

As a Business member I agree that 75% of the sustain members are rude and mean, because most of them are from india with a bad attitude and I was one of the victim of these members in Drilling go-live time in houston travelers building, lucky now I am back to UK
The merging of these 3 teams will put the sustain team in proper place and many of them are rude and arrogant, we have't gotten any support from them, sure they all need to go.
You mean one team accountable for designing, building, and maintaining systems?! It's basic accountability and full cycle transparency. Now, the fact that idiots are running that, is embarrassing but the structure is good.
