How often do you blow you VP?
Nobody is saying being a VP is bad or ALL VPs are bad... It is mostly the inbred ingrown VP that have mostly worked in QUALCOMM alone all their life.... These are mostly the recently promoted idiots that are allegedly corrupt and promoted due to their ass kissing skills. And these are the details nes who have been accessed if practising favoritism, cronyism and all sorts of underhanded ways to get to this level, making this role look useless and of novalue... Just look at the linked in profile of the recently promoted VPs that have been with Q. For over a decade and a half... You will get the point hopefully....
Nope my boss is VP, he is awesome and he has more than 40 people reporting to him, including couple of Senior directors.
