Entitled-to-everything children who've never been told "No" have no idea how good this package is. Entitled children have no idea how lucky you were to even LAND A JOB at Q!! You obviously haven't worked at a company that REALLY sucks to work at, that gives a far poorer severance package or NO package at all, just a pink slip. Legally, Q is not required to give you 1 dime beyond the 60 day notice. If I worked in Q HR, and one of you entitled 20-somethings had the balls to look me in the eye and reject the package, I would say FINE! and give you the "ZERO BUCKS" package instead. Freaking GROW UP, for cryin' out loud.

I would imagine that you would need some dirt on the company in order to get a better package, otherwise they'll just tell you to GTFO and give you nothing.
