If I were Halliburton, I'd declare bankruptcy to all of its subsidiaries in labor expensive money losing countries. Paying no one any compensation. Target did in it and their stock jolted on the announcement. Probably cheaper for Halliburton to wait the 7 years out on the sidelines for several countries.
