Dear President Jim Murphy, Please instruct the managers to stop being evil in the layoff meetings. WD is better than that. You portrayed a warm-hearted, kindly leader in the WD television commercial last Christmas. WD told the whole world that kindness and generosity are what WD stands for. But your managers are behaving the opposite in the layoff meetings. Talking rudely to hard-working, dedicated employees - many with families to support and about to lose their primary income - like the employees are worthless. It's wrong. And it makes WD's Christmas commercial seem like a big lie.
