154075 - i asked the question "why sever expats?". I'm not an expat and have never been one, but I know expats here and expats that will be repatriated. I entirely agree with repatriating those on the expat gravy train, but many of them are excellent scientists and are just as capable as those in our office. I don't want to see anyone go, but bring back the best and find a spot for them in thier home BU. At least let them compete at home.
Why sever expats? Easy, why would we want to keep and pay for your lifestyle Mr. Expat? Replace them with Canadians who really want to work!
Maybe Matt Newhouse will get cut, before he bangs his way to the top.
