Just to make things worse for the employees affected, jobs are showing up on Monster, Indeed, etc. Execs are laughing all the to the bank.

It's the good old QCOM scam to fulfill some DOL requirement. They purposefully reject all American candidates to justify their hiring of H1Bs. QCOM is very unethical. Hope QCOM as a company goes away soon.
There ARE no qualified US citizens for those jobs--trust me. You will be subjected to in person interviews that are WAY harder than anything Google ever administered.
If a qualified US citizen is found as part of this process, would they get the job?
