His answer was "I hope Chargers will do well". Bravo Q on a well thought world class marketing campaign. What about the idiot brought from Intel inside? Is he still getting 500k plus / yr for doing nothing?

I am part of a younger generation. Most of my co-workers are 10-15 years older then I. However my job is not as specialized as an Engineer's. That being said I notice that most people in my generation and younger (24-) only think of Qualcomm as the stadium.... It is sad because Qualcomm tech is in so many items. If there was better brand recognition from our younger generations I have no doubt that profits might be higher. (not taht it matters). (END RANT)
152450: I think there's an app for that. Or to be more precise, an override for the default. What kind of tablen/smart phone do you have? And does it use one of those horrible "pretend Word" programs? Surely there's enough residual brilliance left at QC to figure it out for you.
Anonymous152450. It is called tablet /smartphone word completion. But thank you nazi grammar police. I give this blog and responding to comments like yours the exact care to details that you people deserve. Not much care and not much details. The only care I have is what is in my wallet, which currently is at the "fvck you, I got mine. Too bad for you..cry to Donald Trump or Obama if you want" amount. So... fvck you. I got mine, too bad for you. Sucks to be you.
@Anonymous152450: you're the stupid one! You can't even distinguish between "it's" and "its". In your face!
You guys have some pretty stupid friends. I suggest you get new ones. I can't think of a single friend I know that is that stupid. Then again, I tend not to be friends with people that are stupid. Call me elitist, but it serves it's purpose just fine.
You don't know how many times when I've been asked where I worked and I said "Qualcomm", the response has been "can you get me tickets to the games?" Pitiful....
Qualcomm Stadium will sell less (potato) chips this year if they let go of that many concession stand engineers
This is an indication of how bad Qualcomm's marketing and public recognition is. When you said "Qualcomm is laying of 15% of workforce", I think he thought you meant the stadium.
