Many surprises the way IT directors are declared on last Thursday & Many more to follow, only the CIO know the Riddle, many are unhappy across the IT organization and puzzled the way Level 1 has been announced, 3 empty positions on the level 1 for whom and why? Clearly indicates Cameron IT is sinking badly. How many are going to quit? When the layoff will start?

The new structure makes a lot more sense for transparency and accountability. About damn time! Every day we stall the layoffs wastes money, scares off top talent, and stalls progress. Of course, it will all start again when SLB comes in and fires everyone except the top 25 IT employees.
